Names, contact details, booking and contribution records are stored to administer this fundraiser, deliver tickets and handle enquiries. Enquiries are kept in the private organiser inbox. Authorised organisers can access these records. Card payment details are entered on Yoco, not on this website. Ticket emails are delivered through an email service provider.

Payments and booking questions
Tickets are issued after payment confirmation. Every ticket has its own single-use QR code; keep your PDF and booking reference. Donations and sponsorships do not include event tickets.
For cancellation, duplicate-payment or refund enquiries, choose the relevant topic above and include the reference and circumstances. A request does not itself confirm a refund or cancel a ticket. No tax-deductibility representation is made by this page.
